Thirty minutes on the phone or by video with a Mancuso Carey attorney to go over your situation and where you stand.

Before you book, here's how the fee works:

• The $100 covers 30 minutes with the attorney. Payment is due when you book.
• If we take on the work, the $100 is applied to your final bill.
• If we cancel the call, you get a full refund.
• Need a different time? You can reschedule once at no charge. Just tell us before your call starts. After that one change, a canceled or missed call is not refunded.
• If you do not join within 10 minutes of your start time, the call counts as missed.
• Sometimes the honest answer is that we can't help. If that's the case, we'll tell you plainly and point you toward someone who can when we know of one. In this situation, the fee is not refunded.
• The call is a consultation. If we take on work for you, we'll confirm it in writing first.
